Where to start with this review. It's the weirdest experience I've ever had. I'll start by saying no wonder there are so many bad reviews ( check the not recommended ones and the facebook page)
What people are saying is exactly true. Saw a dog on petfinder, followed the link to lots of dogs rescue in Whitby, filled out the application - Susan Stiener immediately replied with a negative comment based on nothing.
She hurled insults at me and made disrespectful comments about both my last name ( she wanted to know my nationality as she stated that some cultures just don't treat dogs well) she got mad that I asked what the relevance was, then she said that she does no adopt dogs out to people in second marriages because we get divorced and then " dump" the dog.
She's clearly a racist idiot... I do not use those terms lightly!!!
I feel bad for the many dogs in her care that miss an opportunity to be placed in great loving homes.
I truly believe that she has no interest in placing dogs.
Do yourself a favour and save yourself the verbal abuse you will likely get from her...especially if you happen to have a very ethnic last name... She's racist!!
