This is the text I wrote to Kaitlin today after my Nov 22 tattoo. Not a great experience here at Ink Snob. And the scripture is crooked. I'm Really sad this was a disappointment. I like rooting for young people as we have 5 grown successful
kids.
Kaitlin. Tough way to do business. No phone, shop closed during business hours. Poor communications, being put off about the fluorescent ink. I think I'm understanding why you had problems with folks blowing you up. You had such a great personal billboard in the person who had your work, who spoke glowingly of you. No one is so good that they can run their business like a lemonade stand. I'll make sure to head over to Yelp and share my thoughts. Save others from this experience. Again, no ones that good.
I've given you every opportunity to simply txt me back and give me an update, even if that update is blah blah blah 'can't find the ink'. There is zero doubt in my mind you have done minimal work hunting up that ink.
I'm sorry you don't take your business seriously enough to have a functioning business phone, functioning banking process and consistent shop hours. So sad.

I can just hear you swearing and calling be a fucking bitch and having a million reasons why you haven't followed thru. How this just must be my fault. My suggestion is to breathe, be a bit more humble and examine your actions (or lack of) and business plan because NO ONE draws up a business plan that says: no phone no banking, no consistent business hours, shitty communication and say "Wow, that's perfect, let's do that!!"
