Excellent service! They saved my daughter's birthday! Fixed my iPhone 5 in minutes, even after Verizon Wireless gave up on it.
I had an emergency. My daughter's birthday and she wanted a phone more than anything. My old iPhone 5 was perfect for the task, or so I thought. On the big day, just an hour and a half before the party, I find out that, though it seemed to activate, it wouldn't place calls! After researching the problem online and trying all of the suggested "fixes", I took it to the Verizon Wireless store and even they couldn't fix it. Hoping to maybe buy a decent used phone, I went to Digital Doc. Richard could have easily sold me another phone since I was desperate, but instead he looked at my old phone first. He not only found the problem and fixed it in minutes, saving my daughter's birthday and me hundreds of dollars, he also saved my daughter from further disappointment by diagnosing and fixing a battery problem too! All of this and they were able to fix everything in time for my daughter's party. Awesome!
I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and the service I received! They've got a customer for life now and I'll definitely return for any other repairs of my Apple devices.
