The customer service was excellent.
Came in to fix my flat tire and the price was great. While my bike got fix I started to look around the shop and an employee (didn't catch his name) came to talk to me and gave me wonderful lecture of the different type of bikes. The bike repairman even taught me how to fix a flat but I will keep bringing in if I get a flat again too lazy to fix myself.
