Ordered cabinets, tile for a bathroom remodel! Over 5k dollars spent. When i was called to come pick up the items they were only a day late. When i went and picked them up the customer service lady couldn't find them in the system for over an hour. Then the guy in the back couldn't find the items. He searched for an hour. I finally talked to the assistant manager and he wasn't apologizing or anything. Didn't talk to me much just tried finding the items. Long story short they had 5 "managers" searching for 5 cabinets and a toilet. 2 1/2 hours later they found my items and left me to load them all up by myself. Worst customer service ever. I could've ordered from anywhere but i chose this place. Live and learn i will never shop here again.
