The reviews for this office are absolutely accurate and speak volumes! As a former employee at Ironwood Urology (April-August 2016), I can agree that this is the WORST office I have ever experienced. I truly feel bad for the patients at this office. I quit after witnessing shady behavior by my co-workers and office manager (co-workers talking on the office phone to their friends while patients were on hold for over 20 minutes, lying, etc). Horrendous organization and lack of care. High turnover. Do yourself a favor and take these reviews seriously!
