The employees are friendly and helpful but the last couple times I've been in the store I've seen the manager treat their employees awful in public. When I asked for the managers name and she said Paula she happened to be the one yelling across the store. I've never seen this done before in any other store or department store. If that's how their management treats their employees, I never want to shop there again. What happened to being courteous to your shoppers and employees and why is it ok to yell at them in the the middle of the store. All it "screams" out is how immature the management is and when you see her age you'll be surprised. She's at least in her 50s or so. Not that this yelp will help but if you're in this store and happen to be in the home department beware of yelling older women. How sad for their employees.
