Who would think to look up a cleaners rating? I should have - because this place deserves MINUS 5 stars. Took a twin bedspread in for cleaning - Charged me $50!. When I picked it up the batting not only had shifted, but the chemicals melted the fabric into the batting into hard sections the size of a softballs. I took it back and only asked for the dry cleaing charge to be credited. I did not ask for the cost repleacement of the bedspread. The owner argued with me that this is what happens with bedspreads. I told her if that is the case and YOU KNOW THIS, you should have told me. You should have stated that you did not have the ability to properly clean the item. Instead you took my money. She finially agreed to refund me 50%. I left the spread there...she can toss it. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
