Planned Parenthood is notoriously underfunded and understaffed, thus wait times are more than ritzy offices usually. Can't blame em!!! However, PP does all they can to combat this. This office in particular has the sweetest ladies. I bet Yolanda at the front deals with crap all the time but she is always so sweet, kind, informative and comforting! The healthcare assistants & nurses are great too. I was with Beth today and my visit was seriously as comfortable and quick as a Pap smear can be. Love all the girls here. Prepare for a wait if you can or schedule the first appointment of the morning to try & avoid wait. And they just moved locations too! Comfortable, clean, and I was 100% covered pay wise. Tried to leave a good donation to help out.
