Horrible customer service. The greasy haired, Hispanic young woman who helped us was rude and had an attitude. She was mean and condescending to the gentleman before us; it was a fair warning, we should've left then. The place was deserted except for us and the other unfortunate gentleman, and after dealing with that sad excuse for a customer service agent, it's obvious why. The other older, red haired woman there refused to help either of us; and didn't even acknowledge our existence. Save your time and drive to the one on Sahara, they are superior in customer service and satisfaction. They should train the women so lacking in either of those necessary attributes needed (when working with the public)at this forgettable Flamingo location!
