This is my experience w this dealer. That it for what you will. No negotiating on price of vehicle Vehicle need new rear tires Lowest trade in value stating there were issues w my trans Hey told me they only profit a grand per vehicle however they listed my trade in for 6k more than what they gave me. They didn't have an extra key for the vehicle that I was purchasing so I walked. They called back on the way home and told me they will have and extra key for me. I went back and started the paperwork. All hidden fees were not disclosed until I went into the the finance office. Hey charged a few hundred for tinted windows a few more hundred for doc/prep fees. They also charged for title, registration, tax license etc. this charge was over inflated. When I received my plates in the mail, it had the cost for everything which was approx $200 less jam what they charged me. I wrote them inquiring about this. They refunded half stating the dmv made an error and gave me a sticker one month short of what the expiration date should've been. They then proceeded to tell me there additional fees they charge, shipping, handling, convenience etc just to bridge the gap. I repeatedly demanded proof and supporting documents of what they're dealership were charged and breakdown of their fees. He sent me an email breaking down the charges however, I want proof not just and email memorializing charges. The owner then proceeded to tell me I'm untrustworthy, not sure how that's possible if they're the sellers along with telling me not to contact them anymore. I advised I would file suit he said do it and they'll wait to hear from my attorney. I wrote to the AZ consumer and filed a complaint which they responded to w the same breakdown. All I wanted was proof. It just and email breaking down the charge. I've never felt so mislead and I've purchased a lot of cars from dealers. This is my experience, do what you will. **********IN RESPONSE TO DEALERS RESPONSE If you read my post, I'm simply sharing my experience and let other consumers make their own decision. You tinted window fees, doc and prep fees were not disclosed until I was taken into the finance room after we other the trade in and selling price of the vehicle You can absolutely sell the trade for whatever however I was told that you only make 1k/vehicle that is why you don't negotiate on your prices which is proves that was a lie. He attorney general doesn't side with anyone , they are a mediator. (Show proof they sided w you). The temp tags registration title fees were $650. How does one know how much the exact amount is that the dmv charges? Nobody would ever think you upcharge and make an additional few hundred on that. How does one know exactly how much they charge. Your the professional and we entrust in you. They way I see it, you make a few extra hundred per sale. Majority of people don't notice. The small amount that do like don't say anything. I'm not confident you wouldn't refunded anything if I didn't bring this to your attention.
