very frustrating experience. Call to speak to customer service and they are unaware of what's going on (i.e-when part will be in, when scheduling will call to make appt, etc). Took 1 1/2 week to get compressor replaced from the time the technician came out in 95 degree weather with a child in the home. Never again!!
