This was our second custody evaluation. Our first evaluation (we each paid 50% of the 6k evaluation) revealed that my abusive ex husband was manipulative and vindictive. Unfortunately I was only able to pay 10% of our evaluation (over 22k) and Weinstock made my minor problems look HUGE (I'm strict) and my ex's major problems (breaking my Order of Protection, kidnapping my daughter, screaming at me in front of my children, sexually assaulting me) he blew off/didn't contact witnesses/ minimized the behavior/blamed me for making my ex behave crazy.
Good old fashioned corruption is alive and well with this privileged white man.
Even if you are squeaky clean this guy can make you look like you've been rolling around in the mud.
I can't wait for him to get caught!
