Rob W. and I have been coming here ever since 1) we got jobs where we needed to look nice, 2) they opened.
The Good:
- The owners are phenomenal. Whenever they speak to a customer, you can tell that they truly appreciate the customer's business.
- They do an excellent job cleaning.
- Same day service (before 10AM) is available - BY REQUEST. We forgot to ask them once, and were thrown for a loop.
The Not-so-good:
- There are a couple ladies there who don't enjoy their jobs. I mean, it's pretty warm in there so I can sympathize. They're not as welcoming as the owners. But I come back because the owners made us feel so welcomed when we first stopped in.
- They don't have an on-site tailor. I ended up taking my clothes to get dry-cleaned once at a different place that could hem my pants. But those people were mean, so I came back here.
This place is a little pricier than others in the area, but for the quality and service, it's our go-to dry-cleaners.
