I took one of my dogs to their grooming salon and although they did a good job with him, they charge a lot for just a bath because he had Bernese mountain dog in him. However, he had super short hair and was a puppy so he only weighed around 35-40 lbs. I can understand if he was full grown and had Bernese hair but not even close. He seemed happy which was a plus but then he always was so I don't know. I was going to take my other dog there and they pushed at least 5 times in one conversation I should shave him! He is a cattledog/Aussie/beagle and although his hair is plushie and he has an undercoat, his fur is not very long. Less than medium length. I insisted many times I did not want that and they even saw him! He doesnt even have hair long enough for knots and tangles. At the most a deshedding treatment would be OK. With how hard she pushed I was way to uncomfortable to takr him there. (My grandma took a cat to a petsmart grooming salon for a bath only and they shaved her without permission so I was not about to risk it). They could have had a loyal customer but they blew it. On a side note they also called me numerous times to get my first dog back in even after I told them I had to give him away which was extremely painful. Brought up bad memories every time. Will not be using this location but 75th and bell is amazing!
