For my wedding, my maid of honor and I went to get our nails/toes done.. A week b4 I went to get nails put on and almost all of them broke off b4 we went back less than a week later. After going out of my way to have them repaired a day after the first time, less then a week later I was charged for each repair. Now I understand nails break, but when u pay for services, legally aren't they suppose to last for a reasonable amount of time?! When we went to pay, the ladies that did our nails, after making us uncomfortable by shutting us in a room for our nails to dry, ran to the other room as if they knew they over charged us and didn't want us to address it. In addition, when I took my nails off the previous color was still hidden under them, which I find lazy and disgusting. It makes me sad that this happened Bc I will not be returning to this salon. I met a super nice hair stylist I was considering trying, but I will not be. When you tip over 20% on the first visit you would expect the person to take care of you, not charge you for their mistakes. I truly hope this is not how the rest of the business is run. I give them 2 stars Bc although it was a bad experience, I appreciate the receptionist being so polite, and helpful when making the appointment.
