I love having a BMW,..and most of this has do to do with the AWESOME service I receive. My service advisor Rich keeps me on track with what needs to be updated and checked. He tells me in advance exactly what I should expect at the next appt and when they will call. I feel like a VIP in the lounge area. Each associate walking by greeted me with a smile and asked if everything was going well. I'm thankful for Rich who is so patient with my questions and equally with his response. I am not a number, but a name! How cool!! And, the complimentary car wash made my BMW look like brand new. Thanks Rich and team!! :)
