These guys are awesome! I just purchased home and the carpet was not in great shape. My husband wanted to replace it but I thought we would give a good cleaning a whirl and see if it could be fixed. I called and Darnell scheduled me. I had to reschedule twice and he was very patient and accommodating. He came out for a quote, explained the process, and this morning I had my carpets cleaned. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because the difference is amazing. Tim and Christian gave me a call when they were on their way. They were prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job! They even finished the job quicker than I was expecting. I will most certainly be doing yearly cleaning with these guys.
