I was given quality service and a fair price. The issue was this; The New "Free" Windows 10 program locked up my PC. The guys salvaged what they could and put me back on Windows 7 but we kept the free download key to download Windows 10 at a later date. I'll try the upgrade again after the bugs are worked out, maybe 2016. If you're close give them a try, hopefully it is a hit for you too and not a miss as it has been for some of the previous reviewers.
