Have gone here several times in the past and service was ok, but the last two times I have been here for general maitenence the experience was a dissappointment. All they care about is telling you about all the things that are wrong with your car and want you to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary services. I know they are being dishonest because I have been told things needed to be fixed and the next time I go in I am told those things are fine but other things now need to be fixed. The last time I went in I declined all of their recommended repairs and when I went to go pick up my car they told me my oil change was more expensive than on previous occasions. I asked why the pricing had changed and was told "prices fluctuate" which sounds like garbage to me. I will never take my vehicle to Firestone again.
