I use Business Valet parking frequently, and would not consider parking anywhere else. I did not understand the "Business Valet" concept until I tried the service - so let me take a moment to explain.
The Business Valet parking garage is located 2 minutes from the terminal. A Valet Attendant parks your car upon arrival, and a shuttle takes you to the terminal. The shuttles are never crowded and always super clean. When you return, a shuttle takes you back to the Business Valet center, you pay for your parking in a well-lit facility, and your car is waiting for you at the curb. No more waiting 15-20 minutes for a shuttle (I'm looking at you, Daily parking shuttle), and no more wandering through parking decks/lots trying to remember where you parked.
You can also get your car washed/detailed, oil changed and/or a NC State Inspection while you're traveling which is very convenient.
The Valet Attendants are always friendly and helpful (they load your bags on the shuttle!), the aforementioned shuttles run frequently, and the check-out process is a breeze. As previous reviewers mentioned, the charge for Business Valet is $14/day which is reasonable for what you get compared to Daily Parking.
Additionally, there is a Curbside Valet option where you drop off and pick up your car at the terminal.
I highly recommend Valet Parking at the Charlotte Airport.
