Very unprofessional nurses, i went in for a gall bladder surgery a week ago and im still in pain not only from the procedure wich i know it is normal but from the multiple bruises left from the nurses that tried to put an IV on me. After one nurses first attempt an missing when i clearly told her i was a hard stick and my veins blow up she still went in and "fished" for my vein. Despite my anxiety attack she still proceeded to keep the failed stick inside my arm until i asked her to just take it out multiple times. Anesthetist and staff in OR where very nice and calming, but again the rude nurses when i wast in post op. My discharge nurse did not hesitate to tell me that i was exagerating my pain and i needed to calm down. He then went outside to tell my husband i needed to start anxiety medication because i needed to control my pain. Mind you i am also suffering from a kidney stone so apparently this so called nurse doesn't know how these feel. Horrible experience with all banner hospitals avoid them at all costs. Banner thunderbird almost cost me loosing my child, staff second guesses dx and treatment.
