Their customer service is very good. Bartenders are very greedy and thankless. Many times after tipping 100.00 after a jackpot you rarely get a thank you. They don't know you just broke even for the day. Makes me not want to tip anymore. Why is it always expected? I hate to stiff. Never get a tip when you lose, which is usually the case.
