The refrigerator didn't work in our room, it was placed a spot where no outlet was on the wall. Not on the entire width of the wall. Same with the coffee maker. The coffee was expired in the room. The safe in the room was not attached to the wall, so if someone came in they could just pick up the whole safe and walk out. It's small and light too. The bed had bed bugs and my mother was itching the whole night. The airport was super loud. The pool was subpar and looked dirty and yellow. It took pressure to move to another room without the bedbugs, but then new issues came into play. The ac didn't work in the new room. The bedding was stained. The lobby is pretty awesome and very deceiving because you would expect the rest of the establishment to match. It doesn't, so don't get your hopes up.
