We had a good experience with Detail Painting. Cathy showed up when she said she would and provided a very reasonable bid. After scheduling a day to start the work, she called and said that they had finished their current job early and asked if I would like them to start early. Great!
The quality of their work is as good as anyone could hope for. True to their name, they are detail oriented and appear to actually care about and take pride in their work. To cap it off, they volunteered some minor work not included in the bid just because it needed to be done to maintain the overall quality of the job. As someone who tires of being nickel and dimed, that kind of thing is greatly appreciated.
As this is a vacation home, all of this occurred when we were not here. I have looked carefully and cannot find a single example of paint on the tile or carpet and their clean-up is as if they were never here.
Finding reliable, honest and professional trades people can be a challenge, but these folks have it all.
