This review is long overdue. I can't praise Black Mountain Air enough. We had used them a couple times for a summer/winter system check up. Our A/C unit was original to the house from the 1986, but still was running fine until this year. The exhaust fan had burned out last year and Robert (who is one of the best techs from any field I've ever worked with) replaced it. This year it burned out again, and Robert was able to replace it for labor only, as it should've lasted longer than 8 months. But the big event was, back in July we were on vacation on the east coast. Our A/C died with our pets being watched by a pet sitter. At first, Black Mountain wasn't able to get out - but they made poor overbooked Robert cram our stop in between two others. He got the A/C working (bad capacitor) and they worked out the billing after we got back. Even more, we just bought a new A/C unit from them (installation was quick and without incident). Black Mountain credited the emergency visit from July against the bill for the new unit. Great company, great service, great people, great attitude. I'm a customer for life!
