When you call the convenient store looking for a particular item that they normally carry and are told yes that have it in stock. You make a special trip to go over there to only fine out that they lied to you and then just shrug their shoulders as if they do not care. That is the sign of poor customer support. It is for reasons like this that I post actual reviews!
Matthew the issue at hand is the following your staff blatantly lied to me stating the item was there in in all actuality it was not.
