I've lived in Las Vegas for about nine years and I have always bought my tires at Sear Automotive center. I dont know why I opted to for there the first time, but I went to the Sears on Maryland Parkway for tires once and never had any reason to not go back. I get quick, efficient quality service with friendly customer service. My recent experience was the same. I opted to go to the Henderson location over the weekend for a new set of tires for my Volvo. Unfortunately they did not have a set in stock that fit my vehicle or else i would be giving a five star review (also I and they failed to note that I had a broken lug nut until it was too late to replace under the Sunday Time constraints). However, Jim was very friendly, helpful and informative. He found a set of tires for me at an alternative location and ensured that they would be able to install them that day. He was very knowledgable about tires and provided me with some great information. I trust the technicians here and have never been steered wrong. Darren was sure to tell me about the additional completementary services with my tire purchase and offered to schedule the maintenance at the time of the tire install.
