Very customer service oriented. I called them, and they were out the same day to flix the issue (the Cookson company sticker is on my garage door), and even had to come back on Friday, after 5pm; because the 2 new remotes they gave me earlier in the day, didn't work. Ryan ended up having to replace the mother board. Kind of expensive, however,- $189 for two remotes. Then the additional, $75 for the new board. $300 bucks to get my garage door to work. Wow. As far as service-- top notch, but keep in mind, it COSTS....
However, "anything" was better than having to get out of my car every time I drive up to my garage door...
