Having stayed at many resorts with timeshare programs, we were excited to get a reservation at a "one in four" resort. The pool was beautiful! The customer service was not. The unit was not cleaned all week, 2 days after check in someone came in to change towels and take linens. We had to call to get new linens for the pull out. We had to call for toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. We finally ended up buying our own as well as cleaning the unit ourselves. Multiple calls were made, but starting each day at a supposed resort cleaning and asking for everyday items is not my idea of a vacation. This will be a 1 and no more for us.
