I was super dissatisfied when I walked into my dry cleaner and discovered they had been bought by someone else and practically doubled their prices. I'm even more am dissatisfied that the first 2 things I've attempted to wear in my large order (that I reluctantly let them clean) were damaged or not done right. A pair of slacks missing a button that wasn't loose and today the lining of my pants is somehow stretch far past the pants and is visible. In 3 years I never had 1 issue with the old owners. Very unfortunate that this nice family sold their business to the current owners.
