Okay so I went here because my hair really needed a haircut and my roots were coming out. There was a $20 coupon for first time customers so it was a good deal to me. I liked that they used Aveda products and I absolutely only go to salons that uses these products. I made an appointment and the girl on the phone was nice and coming into the place, I received a small gift as a token of appreciation for being a first time customer! I thought that was really nice of them.
This is hidden in the plaza with Heinens in Brecksville and didn't even know this place existed. I definitely would come back again to get my hair done. The girl who did my hair; however, didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked to get a hair trim and still keep in my long layers but it seemed she cut those off and now I have just plain long hair. The root touch up didn't match what I had before and now it looked absolutely darker than what I expected.
If I do go back, I'm definitely going to get someone else.
