We have this company in Las Vegas and they suck big time. If you're currently using them stop immediately. I get my vitamins from Swanson Vitamins in Sparks, NV where their warehouse is. The last 2 times I ordered from them they used these clowns at OnTrak for the delivery.
Both times after calling them and telling them that they were delivering to a business that closes at 5:00pm, they show up at 8:00 pm to deliver. Yesterday I called them at 6:30 in the morning told them the same thing and was told that the center in Las Vegas would be notified. Same old crap. I check to see if the package had been delivered and it is saying REDELIVER NEXT DAY.
I wouldn't use this company to walk a package across the street to my neighbor's house.
I called Swanson and told them if they are going to continue to use OnTrak I was looking elsewhere for my vitamins.
