Everything was fine until move out. I went to return my keys and the lady at the desk (Charlie) had no idea what to do, I had to be the one to ask if she needed me to sign anything or let them know of my forwarding address. The only things she did say was "We will contact you in a couple days with your final bill with damages, oh and don't worry we offer payment plans". She said this without even seeing the apartment as if they are one of those apartments that try to find things to charge you for just so they can get more money. And didn't even do a walk through with me, I guess that's my mistake, thinking thy would contact me to do a walk through, since she clearly didn't know what she was doing. Then of course a couple days later I get an email from the assistant manager with "charges" for blind replacements, called the assistant manager (Nichole) and said I would like to know why I am being charged for this when they were not broken. She said that she has pictures, asked her to then send me them. She said that she can not unless I have a court order. Let her know that is fine I can get that for her, she then changed her story and said that she does not have pictures that the maintenance manager "should have taken them" ok sooooo do you have pictures or not. Then I said I would be more than willing to come down to do a walk through with them since they didn't schedule one with me and show her that they are not broken and she said that I could not. Sad to say that a good experience could all be ruined because of a greedy company trying to get every cent after I move out without actual evidence. I would not recommend to anyone because it will be more than a headache when you move out!
