This was our worst experience in a nail salon ever. We were willing to overlook the long wait, even though I called in advance to make an appointment, we ended up waiting for at least 15-20 minutes to be seated for a pedicure in a lukewarm water (nobody bothered to check for at least 10 minutes). My husband did not like his pedicure, he was disappointed from start to finish. The callus grader and blades are not used due to legislation because of improper use and potential harm. But what is ironic here (and literally painful) is that the person who did my pedicure made a huge CUT in my plantar with an angled pumice stone. I am not sure who taught him to use that on that part of the sole between the heel and the toes, but they did a horrible job. It is actually inflamed now, and I hope this goes away soon or I will be coming for a visit to show them what damage they have done. Regardless, we will never go back. Oh... and this prices are absurd.
