When I called back to make the payment the receptionist was clear, detailed and prompt. My receipt was in my email within minutes, exactly as I had requested.
The final turnout at the end of the day is of some consideration, although any result is due to the fact that I got myself in this situation to begin with, what's important to me is how the communicate with me.
