I just feel like the quality of service and product has gone down. How can a family owned business not know what is coming in your shipment? If you're going to take down someone's number a simple piece of paper that should be by the phone should do while you are still with the caller. If you've deducted that someone needs a certain size and you don't have it what is the point in telling them you have two completely different sizes....... I just feel like sometimes the people that are hired here just don't know what they are doing. I've met some nice people don't get me wrong but half the time I feel like I'm talking to some poor teenager who has no idea what's going on. It's not their fault either. It's the person that hired them. As far as product goes......you're a costume store that had a pretty great reputation.......maybe selling bottom barrel crap shouldn't be a thing. Also, up-charging seems to be a huge thing here. I've had one decent experience and three pretty lousy ones. I don't think I'll be going back here until I hear from a fellow costumer that it's gotten better. I'm tired of getting my hopes up and getting nothing. Oh and change your terrible hold music/repetitive story. That makes being on hold even worse than it already is.
