We had a great experience with Imagine. We had old cool decking around our pool that had cracked and been repaired numerous times. Pam the sales rep was great at listening to us about our concerns, and suggested some small changes to the decking to help prevent future cracks. The other quote we got did not mention anything about that. Since the underlying issue was concrete, we decided to go with the concrete experts. The work took TWO days and it was the cleanest work site I have ever seen. Not ONE thing got into our pool because they sealed it so well. They pulled back all the rocks around the deck and even did that little lip. By the time they left, you would not have even known they were there. Pam came by two days later to inspect and found some paint on our travertine which we had not even noticed. A crew was there the next week to clean it up. We've had lots of workmen in our yard in the 15 years we have been in the house and this was the best experience by far. I highly recommend Imagine Architectural Concrete.
