Just waited in line for 1.5 hours even though I pre-purchased tickets and season passes. Came to the office in advance to get season passes set up as instructed to online. Once we actually got to a window, the season passes were not set up right. Total chaos. Hoping they get a better system down for the summer. Will definitely not purchase season passes next year.
