This is my first yelp review. I've never felt the need to review any place until now. I have never in my life been so ignored, passed around, and avoided! NO ONE in that place wants to do there JOB. I bought a iPhone from this store for there straight talk plan. I ask John the electronics employee to activated my phone for me, but because they are so short staffed he doesn't have time. I bring the phone home and call to activate this iPhone through Straight Talk. The customer rep for straight talk tells me that I was sold a Net 10 phone. (Mind you this phone is for my teenage daughter. Her first phone so she is unbelievably excited about the iPhone!) so back to Walmart we go. When I get back there John in electronics is once again to busy to help me. At this point I decide to return the iPhone and straight talk minutes I bought. John tells me I need to return this at customer service. Knowing full well that he is the one who needs to return this phone in electronics department! I go stand in the line at customer service counter it's around 7:20 pm by now. I get to the gal at the customer service counter. She tells me she can't exchange the phone at the customer service counter. So some assistant manager takes me back to electronics department and tells John to return my phone. John is now busy with another customer, sitting down and assisting this customer but didn't have time to refund my items earlier. (John stays with this customer for the next 2 hours I know because that's how long it took to return the phone) Anyway I stand there and wait for John for another 30 mins. Another employee tried to help me, as this poor lady is trying to help me store manager Mike comes by to override the cash register for her. She clearly has no clue what she needs to do to refund my $ Instead of helping her Mike just strolls off. Mike knows how long I've been waiting as he was at customer service counter when I was up there earlier trying to return phone. So this poor employee goes to call a manger back to electronics to help refund my $ bc she can't . Another 30 minutes goes by and the first assistant manager comes back to me and says YOUR STILL HERE??? By now it's been 1 and 1/2 hours that no one has bothered to refund me for the items I purchased. Instead of just doing it herself she calls Mike the store manger who was avoiding helping me earlier back to help me now. I wait another 15 mins for Mike. Some other assist manger shows up and finally helps refund my money. Worst shopping experience of my life! Terrible customer service!!!! I'd give them negative stars if I could! I was there for 2 hours trying to return these purchases. Hire some employees for the electronics department your grossly under staffed.
