I travel all over the United States for business and visit Hop for breakfast because the food is pretty very consistent regardless of the location. Although the food is the same in most locations, it is the service is what makes or breaks the reputation of the restaurant. This location in particular is consistent with outstanding service. The staff are friendly, fast and just all around wonderful. I would put the professionalism of this staff against any restaurant in the county. I just adore these ladies. Thank you for consistent wonderful service, you were the highlight of this trip.
