Traveled 2/16 @ C/D gates - "agents" were plentiful - had a few words with the with the "agent" in line - he kept taking my expensive shoes out of the tub and shoving them between my tub and a heavy suitcase as a bumper. They then pulled my carry on and left it sitting for 5 minutes while I asked 5 different "agents" who were doing nothing (this is clearly the most authority any of them will ever have) for my purse. In retrospect it is pretty funny. Each person I asked initially went to get my purse and then was told by overseer not to help me. I suppose they need add a little drama to what most certainly is a miserable job.
