I live close by & I have been here twice. Once with my husband a year ago, at about 5:00PM & the service was good. I took my 19 yo daughter there last week & it was horrendous beyond belief, without apology & remorse from the staff. My daughter had been here last month with her college friends & warned me of their negative experience. We were neither greeted nor served at our table for 10 minutes. I had to ask for water & menus. They came late with a longer wait for the orders to be taken. The soup & salad came, but we had to endure more than 20 minutes for the main order. My daughter's order came & was finished but mine didn't. The waitress walked pass & never bothered to check on us. I went to the counter & asked the male staff if I should be served or I should leave. He was not apologetic at all. He went to the kitchen & I was served a plate of cold food that was obviously left too long forgotten in the kitchen.
