Don't bother booking an appointment for service in advance, it means nothing to them.
I had an important annual dmv inspection for my drive school business vehicle booked 7/18/2017 at 1pm. I booked this one week in advance to be sure I could get in and out in 1/2 hour. When I arrived the manager or his delegate, seemed confused that I had an appt. He had "to check". Apparently he didn't check in the morning when they opened so he could arrange to have a rack space open upon my arrival. Nothing was ready. So I had to leave and now have to scramble to find another place this week. All I heard was a meager "sorry", as I walked out the door.
