Tried this Korean BBQ AYCE in Las Vegas Chinatown for the first time, we had a party of three and arrived at 1:30pm on a Tuesday. We did not have to wait at all for a table. The service was prompt and "asian" friendly. What I mean by that is that asian servers don't usually engage with the patron as like other types of restaurants/cultures. That said, our server was fine, and gave service with a sort of smile. She was by no means rude or testy. This was only my 2nd time at a cook-your-own spot. We ordered the marinated sliced ribeye, beef tongue, short ribs , and brisket. We also had the steamed egg. The meat items were all very tasty and tender, except for the tongue, which is on the chewy side, but that's probably how it is. The ribs was especially melt-in-your-mouth tender. The steamed egg was a nice counter to all that meat. The meats were preceded by the usual pickled vegetables, kimchi, and a nice vegetable tossed salad. The rice was very good also. All-in-all, this was a tasty and fun experience. And it's such a great bargain! Thumbs up all around.
