I really don't understand all these negative reviews. I read them all before I moved in, but thought I would give it a chance because my first impression was much different - I'm so glad I did. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are not a mess (although some people could stand to clean up after their pets a little better) and the office staff is great. Nothing is perfect - and, of course, this place is not... but it is a great place, with a great sense of community (they are always planning events) and I'm so so so happy I decided to give them a chance. My electricity bill is fine, the office staff is not rude, I pay rent online with no issues, the pool is beautiful, the office is very nice looking, the water bill is not outrageous, and of course - we live in arizona - there are a few little bugs here and there - but I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary. I'm sorry others have had a bad experience, but I haven't and I recommend everyone give them a chance.
