Horrible customer service, the owner and both her mother and father are bossy and rude. They are not helpful, they come around to your table and don't offer to teach you anything, just manage to interrupt you and try to engage you in conversation.
When you go to get your pottery they bark at you if you try to grab it. If you are worried stuff with get broke, MOVE IT to the BACK of the store!!!
We've gotten other people's pottery in our bag before too...I'd be angry about that if my kids stuff was missing.
