I had called and was told that I could come in before 9am for a vehicle inspection and they would get me in to have my vehicle inspected. Arrived at 8am and was treated disrespectfully. They specifically told me that I was not their priority today. The inspection typically takes 30 minutes and is such a superficial inspection, anybody can do it. My car is in pretty good shape so it would've been a super easy service to provide me and it would take them maybe 10 minutes to do.
I have waited 2 hours and still have not had my car looked at. Simply from this inspection alone, I don't think I will ever bring my business here. Sad to see that, despite so many good reviews on here, they weren't even apologetic for miscommunicating their service to me. I strongly would not recommend this company to anybody.
