No matter where you're going, you will go through Charlotte, NC and have to jump on another plane. The staff is OK and the seats are barely average on comfort. They do not offer snacks other than beverages. They want to charge for any and everything, yet the planes feel VERY old and dated. The interiors always appear in need of a cleaning... be it grease on the windows or seats to garbage on the floor. There is NO TV, music, magazines or entertainment, so bring something to occupy you. They are still a step up from A.A. though.
