Expecting to pay outrageous to try this restaurant out. A group of five us came in for dinner. One of the best values. Fancy restaurants usually mean small unfulfilling portions. Decor runs with the Le Cirque theme on paintings, ceiling, and French style dining area. Visually appealing and harmonious to enjoy while eating. Staff was friendly, helpful and prompt upon checking in for dinner. Wait staff was congenial and answered any questions about the menu. A good variety on the regular menu and prefix choices on pretheatre for the O. There are choices for the sensitive or dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian et). A drink order was taken and delivered at a good pace with the meals. Water refills were consistent to enjoy the various aspects of our meals. We were fairly quick on our decisions with none of us ordering the same appetizer or salad, main dish or dessert. Amuse bouche was served to cleanse the pallets. A nice cold soup. Refreshing it was and should be. Staff returned fairly quick with a large bread basket of all types offered for our party. If you are dining as a couple the bread waiter will circle around the tables a la carte style. Good selections of not common flavor on taste buds. The appetizers were served at a good pace from here. Amazement to the eyes and tantalizing on the buds. Some appetizer we tried include pomegranate salad, tartar, the seasonal risotto. Nothing was left on these dishes. The salad was sweet, light, and refreshing. The tartar was rare and tender to my enjoyment. Risotto was just scrumptious with the lobster. All good proportion to pair well with our each selected main entrees. Some of the entrees we ordered include the roasted chicken, salmon, filet, foie gras. The entrees were paired with appropriate seasonal vegetables. Each of us enjoyed the dishes we ordered. The salmon was cooked as requested. Topped with a nice sauce. Good balance. The chicken fell off of the bone with lots of flavor. The foie gras was so good (tender like a good cut of beef). The filet was cooked to the medium rare desired. Each of us were happy with our choices. The wine paired with the entree ordered was good. Not a bad choice. Healthy sized. Most of us were full at this time. Well portioned for a great entree. Dessert was short to arrive from there. Each of us again elected to try something different from. A hazelnut filled dark chocolate, raspberry lemon, and Creme brûlée. Desserts each had their delicate nature but big on flavor. Most desserts were large enough for two people to share. As we were celebrating a birthday, a dessert platter of various desserts was also brought up. Little chocolates and truffles. So great on the eyes. The wines paired were distinct in taste. The check and bill settlement was quick. Staff was consistently, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Food was well portioned, seasoned exceptionally, and thoughtfully constructed. Beverages were paired to the meals. Good: everything. Bad: nothing. I would come back with no hesitation
